The Buteyko Breathing Method Workshop
The very best way to learn Buteyko is by a live workshop. Join
us for a hands-on learning experience that could change your life. This powerful 8-10 hour program is comprised of 5 classes, held over 5 days. Classes are kept small
so you receive personalized instruction specific for your health

The Buteyko Breathing Method 5 Day Intensive Retreat
